颅内真菌性肉芽肿伴术后脑梗死1例 被引量：1

摘要 1病历摘要 男，38岁，因“反复头痛5个月，加重伴左侧面部麻木1个月余”入院。半年前病人在酸奶制造厂头部外伤未予诊治。头颅MRI示：左侧筛窦、蝶窦骨质破坏（图1）。术中快速冷冻切片及术后病理报告均为“左侧颅中窝底真菌感染伴急慢性炎”．标本未行真菌培养。术后静脉予“大扶康”抗真菌治疗。术后第5天晚病人意识突然恶化、嗜睡，
