颅颈交界区的有限元模型建立 被引量:1

摘要 颅颈交界区解剖和功能复杂,建立此区的有限元模型不仅可研究此区正常的生物力学特点,还可对各种外伤和疾病等情况下的力学特点变化进行分析,并为治疗提供信息,模型可用于初步评估各种类型手术(不同固定方法及内固定器械)的效果。本文就与建立有限元模型相关的颅颈交界区解剖、材料属性、边界条件和载荷、模型验证进行综述,以期有助于该区有限元研究。
