摘要
人参是一种多年生草本植物,其药效主要归功于人参皂甙和微量元素。本文利用微波消解处理人参根、须及果实样品,并采用端视电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了绝大部分微量元素的含量。结果发现,人参不同部位中钾、钙、镁、磷等元素的含量均较高;参须中微量元素的含量普遍要比参根中高;除个别微量元素外,人参果里微量元素的含量大多介于参须和参根之间。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine trace elements in different parts of ginseng samples after microwave digestion. There are about twenty kinds of inorganic elements found in different ginseng samples, among which the contents of K, Ca, Mg and P are considerably high. Compared the three parts of ginseng tested, trace elements in ginseng fibers are more abundant than in ginseng roots, while those of ginseng berries are mostly in between. These results provide useful information for ginseng as popular dietary supplements.
