摘要 汽车产品质量涉及公共安全问题,由于损害后果的严重性,使得单纯依赖市场机制难以有效解决质量纠纷问题。本文在对召回制度进行理论研究的基础上,分析了目前缺陷汽车产品召回过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的建议,为进一步完善我国缺陷汽车产品的召回制度体系提供了有益的参考。 The quality of automobile products concern public safety. Because of the serious results of damage, it is difficult to handle quality disputes only through market mechanism. On the basis of discussing the recall system, this paper analyzes the current issues in automobile recalls, and presents some advice, which is useful to improve the defect automobile recall system.
