转型期江西省政府基于高新技术产业的职能分析

A Functional Analysis on High-tech Industry of Jiangxi Provincial Government in Transition Period

江西省的产业结构调整,要实现产业结构合理化与高度化的统一,高新技术的应用在其中必将担当一项重要的角色。然而,在市场经济改革的进程中,高新技术产业自身发展也会存在许多不足。本文对政府介入高新技术产业的必要性进行理论上探讨,并分析了转型期江西省高新技术产业中存在的问题,且在此基础上演绎出相应的职能选择。

To realize the industrial structure rationally and highly unified, the application of high-tech will certainly take on an important role. However, in the reform of market economy, the development of high-tech industry also may have many short-comings. Theoretically, this paper discusses the necessity of the interference of the government in the high-tech industry, and analyzes the problems of the high-tech industry of Jiangxi Province in transition period, and presents the corresponding functional choices on this foundation.
