钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白(CAST)基因在鸡不同组织和品种中的表达差异 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】了解鸡钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白(calpastatin,CAST)基因的组织特异性表达情况和在不同鸡品种间的表达差异。【方法】利用半定量RT-PCR方法研究CAST基因在鸡不同组织和品种中的表达差异。【结果】CAST基因表达于鸡的各个不同组织中,在胸肌中的表达量最多并显著高于其它组织(P<0.05);不同鸡品种胸肌组织中CAST基因表达量差异显著(P<0.05),艾维茵肉鸡胸肌组织中CAST基因的表达量显著高于其它几个品种(P<0.05),优质肉鸡品种间差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于蛋鸡(P<0.05)。【结论】结果表明钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白是一种在鸡体内普遍存在的蛋白,CAST基因在鸡不同组织和品种中的表达存在显著差异。 [Objective] The study set out to find the differences of Calpastatin (CAST) gene expression of chicken breeds and tissues. [Method] The difference of CAST gene expression of chicken breeds and tissues was studied by semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis. [ Result ] The CAST gene expression in muscles of thorax was significantly higher than other tissues (P〈 0.05). There was a significant different expression in thorax muscles of chicken breeds (P〈0.05). The CAST gene expression in avian broiler thorax muscles was higher than that in egg chicken and adequate quality broilers, but there was a no significantly different expression in different adequate quality broilers breeds (P〉0.05). [Conclusion] The Calpastatin was a ubiquitous protein in chicken, there was a significant different expression in chicken breeds and tissues.
