摘要
腐败的根本是权力的腐败,失去监督的权力必然导致腐败。反腐败是当前的一项艰巨任务,要采取防范、制约、监督和惩处并举的原则,遏制腐败现象的滋生蔓延,促进社会的和谐与进步。
