摘要
为了防止电厂锅炉腐蚀、结垢,热力系统的水汽指标应严格控制在标准以内,其中铁含量是一个非常重要的水汽指标。邻菲罗啉分光光度法是测定水中微量铁(包括高价铁、低价铁等各种形态的铁)较为普遍的一种方法,由于这一试验的影响因素较多,试验结果通常波动大,重现性不好。本文从采样、试验、药品、仪器等各个环节进行分析,提出微量铁测定试验的影响因素和消除方法。
To avoid boiler corrosion and scaling in a power plant, water and steam indices of heating system must conform to standard. In which, iron content is an important water and steam index. O-phenonthroline spectrophotometry is a common method to measure trace iron content in water (including Fe^3+ and Fe^2+). Because various factors may affect the test, so the test results have fluctuation and not easy to reappear. This article made an analysis in terms of sampling, test, chemicals and instruments, and presented affecting factors in iron measurement and ways to eliminate them.
