摘要
福建大唐国际宁德发电公司2×600 MW机组投产以来,发电机定冷水pH和含铜量经常不合格,为此化学专业人员对4号发电机定冷水的处理方式不断探索改进,从最初使用美国MR450型定冷水处理系统专用树脂,到使用自己处理、配比的出水高pH的混合树脂,以及使用华北电力科学研究院研制开发的NLS-01型发电机定冷水的优化调节装置,定冷水水质不断提高,pH、电导率、含铜量全部达到了电力行业标准的要求。
Since 2× 600 MW generating sets in the Fujian Datang International Ningde Power Plant were put into production, the pH and copper content of stator cooling water are often below standards. So chemical professional staff in this plant have continued to explore the methods to improve the stator cooling water quality of unit 4. At first they used the MR450 special resin made in US in stator cooling water treatment system. Then they tried to use mixed resin which treated and compound by themselves for the sake of high pH water. At last they used the NLS-01 optimal stator cooling water control equipment which made by North China Electric Power Research Institute Co. Ltd. The stator cooling water quality has been improved step by step. The pH, conductivity and copper content all have met the required standards of electric power industry.
