摘要
对横切割头式AM50型掘进机切割人工煤壁和井下真实煤壁时的整机振动情况进行了系统地测试和分析,弄清了整机工作时的振动分布情况和频率特征,并通过井上、井下测试信号的对比,得出井上切割人工煤壁的动态测试能够代替井下切割真实煤壁的动态测试的结论.进而采用试验模态分析的方法对AM50掘进机进行了振动特性研究,并在此基础上借助于计算机的力响应仿真,进行了实测工作载荷下的振动响应仿真.
In this paper,the methods of vibration measurement and modal analysis for AM50 tunneller machine is presented. When the machine was used for cutting man made coal bed and real coal bed, the vibration of the machine was measured and the results of signal analysis show that the vibration characteristics under the two kinds of working situations are similar. The modal model of the machine is established, and then, the intrinsic vibration characteristics of AM50 Tunneller are investigated by means of the method of experimental modal analysis. The vibration response simulation under a set of loading spectral measured is presented.
