Applying the theory and method of mathematical statistics,the statistical analysis software for internal overvoltage is studied and developed. It can manage rapidly and accurately a lot of experimental data thus obtain the laws of probability distributions and the results of correlation analysis of multiparameter for internal overvoltage, and plot automatically many curves and graphs. Therefore, the statistical analysis of overvoltage is improved.
