摘要
目的评价临床上常用的两种赝复用硅橡胶(硅橡胶A和硅橡胶B)的机械性能。方法按国家标准,分别测定硅橡胶A、硅橡胶B和国际通用MDX4-4210硅橡胶的撕裂强度、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和邵氏硬度,并进行统计学比较分析。结果硅橡胶B的撕裂强度显著高于硅橡胶A和MDX4-4210(P<0.05);后两种材料的撕裂强度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。MDX4-4210的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率明显大于硅橡胶A和硅橡胶B(P<0.05),以硅橡胶A为最低。邵氏硬度值从高至低排序分别为MDX4-4210、硅橡胶B和硅橡胶A(P<0.05)。结论硅橡胶A和硅橡胶B可基本满足颌面部软组织缺损赝复的要求,但两者在拉伸强度上与MDX4-4210相比都有待改进,尤其是硅橡胶A。
Objective To evaluate the mechanical properties of two kinds of silicone elastomers(silicone A and silicone B). Methods The tear strength, tensile strength, property change percent of elongation at break and Shore A hardness of two kinds of silicone elastomers (silicone A and silicone B) and MDX4-4210 were measured under the national criteria. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The tear strength of silicone B was significantly greater than those of silicone A and MDX4-4210 ( P 〈0.05) , while there was no significant difference between the latter two(P 〉 0.05). The tensile strength and property change percent of elongation at break of MDX4-4210 were significantly greater than those of silicone A and silicone B ( P 〈0.05) , with those of silicone A being the smallest. The Shore A hardness of silicone A was smaller than those of MDX4-4210 and silicone B, with MDX4-4210 being the biggest (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Silicone A and silicone B can fundamentally serve as the prosthetic materials for facial soft tissue defect. However, compared with MDX4-4210, there are room for advancement with respect to tensile strength, especially for silicone A.
