摘要
教师专业发展作为我国教师教育的基本理念之一,备受关注。建构主义为我们深入思考教师专业发展提供了一个新的视角:教师应该以自导式学习为重要方式,以情境体验为重要观念,通过合作这一途径促进自身的专业发展。
Teachers'professional development, as one of the basic ideas for teachers'education, arouses great concem. Constructivism provides a new perspective of considering teachers'professional development, By means of self - directed learning and with the concept of context experience, teachers can promote their professional development through cooperation.
