摘要
目的观察消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿急性水样便腹泻的效果。方法将278例病儿随机分为2组,对照组口服思密达、妈咪爱,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服消旋卡多曲,观察72 h,判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性(χ2=10.28,P<0.01)。结论消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿急性水样便腹泻有效。
Objective To assess the efficacy of racecadotril in the treatment of infant with acute watery diarrhea. Methods This study included 278 patients with diarrhea who were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Smecta and Medilac-Vita, the treated group was given racecadotril in addition to the other two drugs as used in the control. The outcome was evaluated after 72 hours. Results The total effective rate was higher in treated group than that in the control （Χ^2 = 10.28,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Racecadotril is effective for infantile acute watery diarrhea.
