摘要
通过分析循环泥浆的流变特点、岩屑在层流泥浆中的滑沉规律及净孔条件,认为在大口径正循环钻进及清孔的条件下,由于上返泥浆是在低剪区运作,净孔条件的好坏主要取决于循环泥浆能否在低剪率下建立起足够高的有效粘度,故在施工的过程中,应重视测试和研究泥浆在低剪区的流变性能,合理设计泥浆的动塑比,注意控制泥浆的密度,以利改善净孔条件。
According to the study of flow characteristics of circulating slurry, sinking pattern of solids in streamline flow slurry, and clearance conditions of drill hole, it is concluded that clearance of drill hold depends on sufficient real viscosity of circulating slurry at low shear rate Accordingly, special attention should be paid to the study of flow characteristics of slurry at low shear rate during the drilling process A key method for improving clearance of drill hole is to set appropriate of slurry Meanwhile, the density of slurry should also be properly controlled
