老年人鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药分析
摘要
目的分析老年人鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况。方法从老年人中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对10种抗生素的耐药情况,并用PCR方法检测碳青霉烯酶基因。结果64株鲍曼不动杆菌检测出20株携带碳青霉烯酶OXA-23基因。结论鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯抗生素耐药主要是产生碳青霉烯酶,也有其它耐药机制起作用。
