肝纤维化实验诊断的应用研究

摘要 慢性病毒性肝炎的长期迁延及肝硬化的形成与肝纤维化的发生和发展的密切相关,以肝组织中细胞外基质(ECM)成分异常过度沉积为特征的肝纤维化是临床多种急、慢性肝病的常见病理转归,由于早期肝纤维化具有可逆转性,因此在这一阶段的诊断对整个疾病的进程和疗效至关重要。
