目前大学生中出现的各种各样的心理问题及造成的严重后果已经对我们的教育提出了挑战,形成这些问题的情商原因主要是学生的团队精神、心理承受能力、社会适应能力、责任感、自理自律能力欠缺,以及一些特殊群体的学生存在心理障碍。因此实施情商教育时,应着重培养学生的同理心、提高自律素质、提高处理人际关系的能力、端正竞争合作意识的态度、培养学生学会"开放式交流,"同时学校要建立有效的监测预警机制。
