几种常见细菌受磁场作用后的生理生化反应 被引量:2

摘要 本试验在100mT和500mT磁场强度下,培养大肠杆菌、产气肠杆菌、普通变形菌及枯草芽孢杆菌四种细菌,通过生理生化检测,表明:糖发酵试验中500mT的磁场强度下24h内培养的细菌与对照组相比显色有明显不同;甲基红试验中产气肠杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌可由阴性转变为阳性,但枯草芽胞杆菌在48h又恢复为阴性;伏普试验中磁场对不同的菌种影响程度不同甚至相反;吲哚试验中磁场促进了阳性反应的进行。  This paper had a research on the physiological-biochemistry reaction of the Escherichia coli、Enterobacter aerogenes、Proteus vulgaris and Bacillus subtilis.I incubated these four bacterium under the magnetic field strengths of 100mT and 500mT.The time and the condition were the same as the control group.According to the results of the experiment,we found:In the carbohydrat fermentation experiment under the 500mT magnetic field strength 24h the color was obviously different from the color of the control group.In the methyl red test Enterobacter aerogenes and Bacillus subtilis may be transformed into the masculine positive by the negative,but Bacillus subtilis reversed negative again at 48h.In Voges Prokauer test the degree of the magnetic field? s influence on bacterium were different even opposite.In indol test,the magnetic field promoted positive reaction carrying on.
