Progresses on the Analytical Method of Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Food and Environmental Samples

本文归纳了近年来食品及环境样品中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留分析的前处理及其分析技术,重点对超临界流体萃取法、基质固相分散萃取技术、固相萃取、固相微萃取、凝胶渗透色谱技术、色质联用、酶抑制法等技术进行了总结,并指出了食品及环境样品中农药残留分析的发展趋势。

Pesticides are widely used at various stages of cultivation and even postharvest storage to either protect plants against a range of pests or to provide quality preservation.Reliable confirmatory methods are required to monitor pesticide residues in food and environmental samples.The pre-treatment methods of samples and the analytical methods for the residues of carbamate chemicals in food and environmental samples were reviewed with 26 references in the paper.Both aspects of the pretreatment techniques of supercritical fluid extraction（SFE）,matrix solid-phase dispersion（MSPD,solid-phase extraction（SPE）,solid phase microextraction（SPME）,gel permeation chromatography（GPC）,and the analytical methods of Chromatographic-based techniques（GC-MS,HPLC-MS） as well as the enzyme inhibition assay were presented in details.The new trend in the future was also pointed out.
