遵医行为对2型糖尿病治疗效果影响

Influence of following doctor’s advice behavior on curative effect of type 2 diabetes

[目的]探讨遵医行为对2型糖尿病治疗效果的影响。[方法]以问卷形式进行调查,统计方法采用四格表卡方检验。[结果]遵医的2型糖尿病患者并发症的出现频率小于不遵医的2型糖尿病患者,差别有统计学意义。[结论]能够做到遵医对于预防糖尿病并发症的出现,改善糖尿病预后有着积极意义,临床工作中应予以重视。

[Objective] To explore the effect of behavior of following doctor＇s advice on the curative effect in patients with type 2 diabetes. [Methods] A question and answer investigation was carried out. The statistical method of chi-square test was used. [Results] The occurrence frequency of complication in patients with following doctor＇s advice behavior was obviously lower than that of patients without it （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The behavior of following doctor＇s advice may decrease the occurrence frequency of complication in patients with diabetes and improve the prognosis of it.
