CT引导下臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症(附300例报告)

摘要 目的 探讨CT引导下臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法 在CT引导下对300例腰椎间盘突出患者,采用盘内注射5~15 ml浓度为60μg/ml的臭氧;椎间孔附近注射5~10 ml浓度为30μg/ml的臭氧。结果 治疗后随访3~18个月,显效183例,占61%;有效65例,占21.7%;无效52例,占17.3%,总有效率为82.7%。术后无任何严重并发症发生。结论 CT引导提高了穿刺准确性,在严格掌握适应证的情况下,椎间盘内臭氧注射是治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效且安全的治疗方法 。 Objective To evaluate the applied value of CT guiding injection of ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Three hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with ozone injection under the guiding of CT. For each herniated disc treatment,5 - 15 ml ozone with concentration 60μg/ml were injected into disc and 5 - 10 ml with concentration 30 μg/ml into intervertebral foramina space. Results All the patients followed - up from 3 to 18 months after treatment. The therapeutic effect showed that 183 patients (61% ) had excellent recovery, and 65 cases (21.7%) had significant relief of symptoms, and 52 patients ( 17.3% ) got failure in treatment, so that the total effective rate achieved to 82.7%. There was no serious complication occurred. Conclusion CT guide can greatly elevate the accuracy of puncture. If only the indications are carefully controlled, the intradiscal or introprocessus vertebra posterior injection of oxygen - ozone is a safe and effective means for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
