摘要 利用煤矸石经煅烧后在强碱作用下制备成4A分子筛,这一实验室成果对综合利用煤矸石、生产适于洗涤剂配方用的合成沸石分子筛。 A molecular sieve,synthesized by gangue from tailings in coal mine,is a new product from comprehensive utilization.As a detergent aid 4A molecular sieve can replace sodium tripolyphosphate which is harmful to health and environment.The raw material is determined to be gangue in Permo Carboniferous coal bearing formations and it is composed of over 90% kaolinite.In the synthetic process,gangue is calcined and reacted with alkaline solution.After crystallized,it is treated through filtering,washing and drying to finally be manufactured.During process of synthesis,the calcined temperature of gangue should be controlled over 840 C i.e.850 950℃ with a constant temperature lasting 6 8 hours under oxidizing atmosphere.Other parameters involve that alkaline concentration is about 4 N,the optimum ratio between liquid and solid retains 2∶1(ml/g) and synthetic temperature is about 85 90℃ with a constant temperature for 10 hours.Additionally,in order to enhance products whiteness,some chemicals have to add in 4A molecular sieve to acquire a good efficacious.The molecular sieve by synthesis is trial result,then industrial product will be manufactured by deepdoing investigation.
