摘要
在灵活就业中,劳动者被侵犯合法权益的现象时有发生。本文从法律法规的角度分析了政府在灵活就业人员劳动保障机制上的缺位问题,在规范与完善劳务市场制度、用工制度和社会福利保障制度等方面提出了建议。
The employees have often been offended in the process of flexible employment.This article analyses the shortcoming of the labor security of Flexible Employee from the angle of law and provide the strong system and law to protect the flexible employee from improving the labor market system,the employment system and the society welfare security system.
