摘要
研究了大田栽培和自然光条件下,连续3年模拟紫外辐射(UV—B,280~315nm)增加对10个割手密无性系伸长期株高和茎径的影响。结果表明:(1)割手密耐性无性系株高和茎径对UV—B辐射响应具有明显的差异;敏感无性系的株高和茎径显著或极显著的下降。(2)无性系株高和茎径对UV—B辐射的响应具有明显的年际、生育期之间的差异,在伸长初期和中期最敏感。(3)割手密无性系90—15的耐性最强,无性系Ⅱ91—93最敏感。
The effects of enhanced UV - B radiation on plant height and stem diameter of 10 wild sugarcane (Saccharum spontaneum L. ) clones for 3 consecutive years under field condition was investigated. The results showed that there were intraspecific differences in plant height and stem diameter of tolerant clones, and stant height and stem diameter of sensitive clones decreased significantly. Intraspecific differences in plant height and stem diameter of clones varied with years and growth stages. The clones were more sensitive in their first - middle elongating stages than the last stage. Clone 90 - 15 was the most tolerant and cloneⅡ91 -93 was the most sensitive.
