摘要
采用仓式反应器进行了高含水率条件下食品垃圾堆肥、发酵后的食品垃圾与污泥混合堆肥、原生食品垃圾与污泥混合堆肥的研究。结果表明,3批原料均完成了一次发酵过程,温度-氧浓度联合控制通风方式使堆肥过程中维持较高的含水率(>70%);堆肥过程中物料重量变化与温度变化相一致,到达高温段时,物料降解速率增大;原生食品垃圾与污泥混合堆肥升温时间最短,高温段维持时间较长,一次发酵过程物料平均降解速率最大,达0.0018 kg.(kg物料)-1.h-1,且无渗沥液排出。因此,采用原生食品垃圾与污泥混合堆肥是较合适的堆肥方式。
Composting process of food waste, and sludge, containing high moisture content by vessel reactor was evaluated in the present study. The results showed that primary fermentations were finished for different composting materials, the ventilation with temperature -oxygen feedback control made material keep the hgh moisture content ( 〉 70% ). In composting, material weight variations were in accordance with temperature variations, at thermophilic temperature region, degradation rate increased rapidly. Co - composting of primary food waste and sludge maintained shortest time at mesophilic temperature region, but longer time in thermophilic temperature region, had the highest average - degradation rate (0. 001 8 kg · (kg material)^-1 · h^-1) and no leachate occurred. Therefore, compared with co-composting process of primary fermented food waste and sludge, co - composting process of primary food waste and sludge was more suitable composfing style.
