摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱法测定了畜禽粪便制作腐植酸液肥过程中溶解态有机物的分子量分布。结果表明,整个制作工艺中,随着发酵时间的延长,液体肥料制作进水和出水中分子量分布系数Mw/Mn比值一直减小,Mw/Mn比值从进水223.3降到出水6.1。Mw/Mn比值可以作为制作工艺中质量控制指标之一。
A gel permeation chromatography was used for determination of molecular weight distribution of extract from liquid humic acid fermentation of livestock manure. It has been discovered that during the production process, -↑Mw/-↑Mn ratio decreased from 223.3 in influent to 6.1 in effluent. It was suggested that -↑Mw/-↑Mn ratio be a parameter for quality control during liquid humic acid fermentation of livestock manure.
