Financial risk is one of the most important enterprise risks.It could be an accurate signal for the enterprise management.Through the analysis of characters of the financial risks,Managers should build up an integrated financial risk control mechanism,set up risk control consciousness and strengthen the precaution of financial risk.Accordingly,managers could ensure the efficiency of enterprise risk control,enhance the endurance ability of enterprise risk and avoid risks effectively.
