中日对外资金循环的比较与展望——国际资金循环分析的理论模型与应用

The Comparison and Outlook on the Oversea Flow of Funds in China and Japan——Theoretical Model of Global Flow of Funds and its Application

本研究在参考先行研究文献的基础上,将国内资金流量与国际资本流动衔接起来,试图通过比较中日对外资金循环的基本特点及相互依存关系,分析中日两国对外资金循环的变化及问题。进一步通过建立国际资金循环模型,对1990年代以来的中日对外资金循环中存在结构性问题做系统地研究,探讨1990年代初日本泡沫经济破灭对中国的启示,展望中国经济的未来,提出政策建议。

This paper explores Japan＇s experience in the collapse of the bubble economy and investigates some lessons which should be drawn for China. This goal is achieved by presenting the general idea of global flow of funds and explaining the outlines of theoretical analysis. This paper also analyzes the structural problems in the cycle of oversea flow of funds in China and Japan and compares the features and dependence of them. In the end, this paper puts forward important policy proposals to adjust the structure of Chinese oversea flow of funds.
