摘要
介绍了高性能运动控制网络SynqNet的基本特性。结合所研制的大型多向不规则波造波机控制系统,阐述了运用运动控制卡ZMP组成的网络控制系统的硬件结构和软件流程。该系统由1台上位机和5台下位机组成,每台下位机控制32块造波板。系统上下位机之间的大型数据传输采用基于CSocket类编制的网络通信软件实现,而控制命令的传输采用专用的控制线缆来实现,配合相应的控制软件,实现160块造波板的高精度同步。
The advanced performance of SynqNet is introduced. Combined with a muhidirectional irregular wave maker control system, the hardware structure and software flowchart of the system which is based on ZMP are expatiated. This system is composed with one client computer and five control computers. Each control computer controls 32 wave-maker boards. The data communication between them is based on Class CSocket. And the control signal is transported by special cable. Cooperating with the control software, the 160 wave-maker boards have a precision synchronization.
