Poor graft function (PGF)is the common reason resulting in liver failure in clinical liver transplantation. Genesis of PGF is mostly related to ischemia and following reperfusion injury, Hepatic sinuseid, especially sinus endothelial cell is more sensitive to ischemic reperfusion injury than that of liver cells. Microcirculatory changes is more easy to promote the genesis of PGF that liver cells. So, this article reviews the importance of endothelial cells in hepatic sinus and study progresses on the question that how to relieve this injury.
