摘要
血小板活化因子是一种内源性脂类介质,在血栓形成、急性炎症等病理生理过程中起重要作用,血小板活化因子作为最强的血小板聚集诱导剂,一种很强的炎性因子,在参与血小板-中性粒细胞的活化中起着重要作用。许多血小板活化因子受体拮抗剂,可以拮抗特异性受体,抑制其对血小板-中性粒细胞的活化作用。研究表明,血小板活化因子参与血小板-中性粒细胞的相互作用,是多种细胞因子、化学介质参与其中的病理生理过程,不同配体-受体系统介导血小板-中性粒细胞的相互作用。
Platelet activating factor(PAF) is a endogenous lipide medium, which plays an important role in some pathological changes including thrombosis and acute inflammation. As the strongest platelet aggregate agenist and very strong inflammatory factor, PAF plays a important role in platelet-neutrophil activaion. Many PAF receptor antagonist can resist the special receptor and inhibit the activation of platelet-neutrophil cross talk. Researches indicated that PAF took part in the interaction between platelet and neutrophil, which is not only the pathophysiological process involved in manay cytokines and chemical mediums, but also the plateletneutrophil interaction mediated by different ligand-receptor systems.
