佝偻病的诊治进展

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Progress of Rickets

佝偻病是由于儿童体内维生素D不足,致使钙、磷代谢失常的一种慢性营养性疾病,以正在生长的骨骺端软骨板不能正常钙化,造成骨骼病变为特征。本病可严重影响儿童的生长发育,危害到儿童的健康,是我国重点防治的疾病之一。对佝偻病的早诊断、早治疗显得尤为重要,现将佝偻病的诊治进展科要综述。

Rickets is a chronic nutritional disease with unbalance between calcium and phosphorus metabolism resulting from deficience of vitamin D in children body, of which the feature is the pathological changes of skeleton resulting from abnormal calcification of the growing osteoepiphysic cartilage plate. Rickets can affect children＇s growth and development significantly, as well as do harmful to children＇s health, which is one of diseases that our country mainly prevented and treated. It is very important to diagnose and treat this disease earlier. This article reviews diagnostic and therapeutic progresses of rickets.
