新型碳纤维预成桩的临床应用

摘要 目的观察自主研制的高强度碳纤维预成桩的临床应用效果。方法观察30例共计45件修复体的使用情况,并对临床应用的有关问题进行分析。结果经过0.5-1.5年的临床观察,桩核无折断或脱落,修复效果满意。结论高强度碳纤维预成桩具有较好的临床修复效果,但仍需进行长期的临床观察。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the carbon fiber reinforced composite resin (CFRC) post and core, and to summarize the indication of CFRC post in clinic. Methods We introduced the fabricative method of CFRC posts, and discussed the clinical application. 45 pieces of CFRC posts and composite cores were made for 30 patients. The retention and breaking of CFRC posts were examined every half a year in clinic. The cases were observed for 6 months to 1.5 years. Results All the CFRC posts were good. No loosening and breaking cases were found. Conclusion The CFRC post could be used in clinic successfully, but longer time observation is needed.
