研究我校班主任工作的重要性，结合我系特点提出建立班主任选拔制度，促进班主任队伍的逐步优化；根据“责、权、利”相结合的原则，建立科学、规范、合理的班主任考核奖励机制；改进德育测评办法，提高班主任工作的主观能动性；改革学生管理体制，加强班主任工作的针对性；改革班主任配备办法，促进教师资源的最大利用等五点建议。
