摘要
由于智力条件、生活环境、家庭教育、学校教育、社会影响等方面的不同，使孩子们在成长的过程中渐渐出现差异，学习方面的差异，行为习惯方面的差异，随着时间的流逝，如果不良习惯得不到及时的纠正，差别会越来越大，导致“后进生”的产生。我们作为执教者，要用“平常心”去对待他们，用真诚的“爱心”去温暖他们，用“细心”观察他们，“耐心”帮助他们，“齐心协力”转化他们。
