目前，中职学校的学生美术素养不甚乐观，如何开展中职美术教育是值得研究的一个重要课题。文章认为中职美术教育是提高学生人文素养的重要载体，在美术教育课堂教学中应营造“真诚、自由、开放”的氛围，结合中职美术教育课堂教学实际，作了粗浅的探讨。
