万乃洛韦伍用利多卡因氯乙定气雾剂治疗小儿水痘64例

Curative effect of valaciclovir hydrochloride and lidocaine and chlorhexine acetate aerosol on children with varicella

目的:观察万乃洛韦(明竹欣)伍用利多卡因氯乙定气雾剂(好德快)治疗水痘的疗效。方法:确诊水痘患儿124例随机分为观察组64例及对照组60例,分别应用明竹欣颗粒伍用好德快,利巴韦林联合氯苯那敏治疗。结果:观察组的痊愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01);观察组的症状和体征复常时间均显著少于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:明竹欣颗粒与利多卡因氯乙定气雾剂联合应用治疗儿童水痘起效快、疗效好、安全、方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objevtive： To study the effects of valaeidovir hydroehlofide and Lidocaine and Chlorhexine Acetate Aerosol on children with varicella. Methods： One hundred nd twenty-four cases varicella in children were divided into two groups：sixty- four cases as study group were treated with valacidovir hydrochloride （ 10mg/kg· d, Po. bid with empty stomach ） and Lidocaine and Chlorhexine Acetate Aerosol （ us. ext. ） ; sixty cases as control group were treated with ribavifin tablets（ 15mg/kg· d, po. tid）and Chlorphenamine Male.ate tablets（2mg, po. rid） .The time of therapy was 5 days.Results：The rate of recovery and total effective in study group were significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05or 〈 0.01 ）, with shorter recovery time in sioas and symptoms than that in con- trol group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conchlusion： Application of valaciclovir hydrochlofide and Lidocaine and Chlorhexine Actate Aerosol may be a better method in dealing with varicella in children.
