网络"裸聊"是指除去脸部外其它身体部位全部裸露在摄像头下,并以文字和动作通过网络视频传给聊天对象的聊天方式,它包括网式裸聊、点对面式裸聊、点对点式裸聊。对这三种类型的定性分别进行讨论,并就"裸聊"是否涉及到传播淫秽物品罪或传播淫秽物品牟利罪和公安部"‘裸聊’等同于传播淫秽信息"的定性进行探讨。

Nude Chat is a phenomenon newly appeared on Internet in which the participating parties expose all their body parts nude to the cameras except for the facial part and send their messages and actions to the other party through network video frequency, including types of mutiple - to - mutiple, individual - to - multiple and individual - to - individual nude chat. This article will discuss such questions as the nature of aforementioned types respectively, whether nude chat constitutes the crime of spreading obscene articles or the crime of spreading obscene articles with the purpose of profit, and the opinion of Ministry of Public Security regarding that nude chat equals to spreading obscene information.
