本文以大学生为视角,分析网络犯罪的特点、类型,强调遏制大学生网络犯罪,应完善网络安全法律体系,创新防控措施,改进侦查手段,收集网络证据,不断净化网络环境,把犯罪减少到最低限度。

The paper analyzes the characteristics and types of the intemet criminal, pays emphasis on the checking of the college student intemet criminal. We should perfect the law of the intemet safety, innovate in the keeping away measures, improve on the investigation means, collect intemet proofs, purify the intemet environment constantly and limit the intemet criminal to the least.
