摘要
非晶态合金由于具有比晶态合金更优异的力学、磁学等性能得到了广泛的研究,从大体积非晶的玻璃形成能力、制备原理及工艺等方面出发,介绍非晶态合金的结构特征及性能特点,分析非晶合金形成的热力学和动力学条件,探讨非晶合金的玻璃形成能力及其影响因素,简述几种非晶合金的制备方法、优缺点及适用范围。
Compared with crystalline alloys, amorphous alloys are widely researched for its more excellent properties of mechanics, magnetism, etc. Based on the glass-forming ability, the preparation theory and the technology of bulk amorphous alloys, the phase structure and property characteristics of amorphous alloy are introduced briefly and the thermodynamic conditions of amorphous formation are analyzed. The glass-forming ability and its influencing factors are also discussed. Moreover, the several preparation methods of amorphous alloy and their advantages, disadvantages and applied range are represented simply.
