摘要
本文报道了1991～1995年间鲻鱼人工繁殖的研究结果。池养亲鱼经注射LRH－A及HCG诱导能顺利排卵，亲鱼成熟率62．7％～90％，产卵率62．5％～100％，受精率20％～75％；受精卵浮性，卵径840～920μm，在水温19～20℃、盐度26．6～28.0、pH值7.91～8．25的条件下，一般经49～53h孵出仔鱼，孵化率48％～73％，1991～1995年度分别孵出仔鱼10．0、84．1、205．0、364.2及361．1万尾。
Research results from the artificial propagation of grey mullet (Mugil cephalus) from1991 to 1995 are reported in this paper. Broodstock cultured in ponds were induced to ovulateafter treatment with LRH-A and HCG. Rate of gonad maturation of female is 62. 7%~90. 0%. Rate of spawning is 62. 5%~ 100%. The diameter of fertilized eggs, where float iswater, ranges from 840 to 920μm. Rate of fertilization is 20%~ 75%. it took 49~53h forhatching at temperature 19~20℃ and salinity 26. 6~28. 0,pH 7. 91 ~8. 25. Rate of hatchingis 48%~73%. 10. 0 × 104, 84.1× 104, 205. 0 × 104, 364. 2 × 104 and 361. 1 × 104 larvae wereproduced in 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1995,Respectively.
