台湾海峡海洋捕捞业管理策略和投资方向

An approach to marine fishing management and investment in Taiwan Strait

本文收集了1985～1994年福建省在台湾海峡生产的具有代表性的50对拖网渔船、120艘单拖渔船、48组灯光图网渔船、38对大围堵渔船、31艘定置网渔船的技术参数及生产资料，计算并分析了其适止捕捞力量、经济指标,得出了一些有益的结论：(1)根据台湾海峡渔业资源状况及生产现状，合理利用该海峡的渔业资源，把握正确的投资方向，已成为进一步发展海洋捕捞业的关键。（2）由于台湾海峡的渔业资源正遭受越来越大的压力，为了保护渔业资源，应当限制捕捞力量的投入。（3）今后应选择较大功率级别的渔船作为投资对象，这样既可以获得较好的经济效益，又可以把海洋捕捞业推向外海。

Data on the technical dimensions and economic performance of representative fishingvessels operating in the Taiwan Strait from 1985 to 1994 are collected. By calculation andanalyses of the optimum fishing effort and a series of economic criteria, some significant re-sults are clearly obtained. (1) According to the current situation of fishery resources andfishing production in the Taiwan Strait, rational utilization of the fishery resources and fol-lowing the correct investment direction in different fishing vessels is the key to develop themarine fishery further. (2) Since the fishery resources in the Taiwan Strait are sufferingmore and more presure, the fishing effort should be reduced to conserve the fishery re-sources. (3) Choosing the fishing vessels with higher power for investment will be the direc-tion in the future since it can obtain better economic results.
