摘要
目的:探讨松果腺对脾脏免疫功能季节性变化的影响。方法:采用松果腺摘除动物模型,运用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色分析法,测定冬春两季Wistar大鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率变化情况。结果:春分时生理组、伪手术组和手术组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率均低于冬至时相应组别的数值,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);冬至时生理组与伪手术组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);春分时,手术组与伪手术组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);无论冬至或春分,伪手术组和手术组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率均低于生理组,其中手术组数值明显低于当季生理组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率存在冬高春低的变化趋势,松果腺摘除对脾脏免疫功能具有下调作用,松果腺对脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率的影响不具有唯一性。
Objective: To investigate the effects of pineal gland on seasonal changes of T lymphocyte translation rate of spleen in rats. Methods: The rat model was simulated by pinealectomy, and T lymphocyte translation rates of spleen were detected by MTT assay in the winter solstice and the vernal equinox. Results: T lymphocyte translation rates of normal group, false operation group and operation group in vernal equinox were all significantly lower than those of corresponding groups in winter solstice (P 〈0. 01 ). The value of normal group was significantly higher than that of false operation group in winter solstice(P 〈0. 01 ). The value of false operation group was significandy higher than that of operation group operation in vernal equinox ( P 〈 0. 01 ). T lymphocyte translation rates of false operation group and operation group in winter solstice and vernal equinox were lower than those of normal groups. Specially, the value of operation group was significantly lower than that of normal group in winter and spring(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: There is a tendency that T lymphocyte translation rates of spleen are higher in winter and lower in spring. Pinealectomy can down-regulate the spleen immunity. The effect of pineal gland on seasonal changes of T lymphocyte translation rate is not unique.
