介绍了我国水资源的现状及中水利用的几个相关概念,并对国内外中水利用的状况进行了分析,阐述了中水系统的分类及处理工艺,最后提出了鼓励中水利用的政策措施,以达到节水的同时提高经济及社会效益的良好效果。

It introduces the actuality of water resource in China and some relative concepts of mid-water exploitation, analyzes the using conditions of mid-water in China and abroad, elaborates the sorting and processing crafts of mid-water system. Finally, it brings forward measures of encouraging the exploitation of mid-water, so as to get a good effect in saving water and improving the economic and social benefits.
