摘要
对于一种采用永磁体表面放置式的高速无刷永磁直流电机,并且在其转子由套筒所封装的情况下,文章提供了一种改进的齿槽模型来预测其定子开槽对于气隙/套筒/永磁体区域磁场分布的影响;该方法既利用数值积分使保角变换的精度得以提高,又可以很容易地与解析模型相结合,所以不仅与经典模型在计算效率上相近,也保留了解析解的物理直观。
The paper presents an improved method for modeling the effect of stator slotting on the magnetic field distribution in the airgap/sleeve/magnet region of a high speed brushless permanent magnet dc motor equipped with a surface mounted magnet rotor enclosed by a sleeve. By means of numerical integration, conformal transformation is more accurate. The method can be easily combined with the analytical method, so it can provide not only nearly the same efficiency as the classic model but also as much insight as the analytical solution.
