摘要
本文研究了一种厚膜静液挤压方法.该方法通过最大限度地减少压力介质的使用量,解决了静液挤压中出现的蠕动问题,为此,专门研究了厚膜挤压用压力介质、组合模具等。通过改装的挤压机进行了Zr基非晶材料挤压。试验结果表明,挤压变形速率可控制0.5mm/s,挤压过程压力平稳,非晶材料变形均匀,没有出现断裂、晶化现象,证明厚膜静液挤压工艺的可行性。
This article studies the thick-film hydrostatic extrusion method.Through greatly reduction of the Amount of use of pressure medium thus reduced the Occurrence Probability of Wriggles which often occurred in the process of pure hydrostatic extrusion.So we specially studies the pressure medium,combined mold and so on.Zrbase amorphous alloy material was extrusion by the thick-film hydrostatic extrusion process.The results indicate that,the extrusion distortion speed may control to 0.5mm/s.In extrusion process,pressure Maintains stably,The distortion of the amorphous alloy is even,No break or the crystallization phenomenon appeared,the feasibility of the thick-film hydrostatic extrusion is proofed.
