特种磁流变液的制备及其特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据履带车辆的特点,提出了履带车辆对磁流变液(MRF)性能的要求。通过分析零场黏度、悬浮稳定性和剪切屈服强度等影响磁流变液性能的因素,合理地选择MRF的组分,配制了多种以履带车辆专用减振液为母液的特种磁流变液。通过大量的试验制备出了3组性能较好的MRF,并对其零场黏度、悬浮稳定性和剪切屈服强度进行了测试和分析。试验表明,环氧树脂的加入虽增大了零场黏度,但能明显提高MRF的沉降稳定性和剪切屈服强度。 According to characteristics of tracked-vehicle,special requirements for MRF used in tracked-vehicle are proposed.By analyzing the factors affecting the characteristics of MRF,such as viscosity with absence of magnetic field,settling stability and shear yield stress,and reasonably selecting the components of MRF,various kinds of MRF whose carrier fluid is a kind of special synthetic oil for tracked-vehicle using are manufactured.By a large amount of experiments,three groups of MRF with good characteristics are manufactured,tested and analyzed.Experiments indicate that adding of epoxy resin increases viscosity of MRF,but improves settling stability and shears yield stress.
