摘要
在GBS-60型半自动数显杯突机上对不同批次、不同厚度的1100铝箔材进行了检验,找出了影响杯突值准确性的主要因素——试样厚度、压边力与冲杯速度。试验结果表明,杯突值随着试样厚度的增加而增大;而压边力与杯突值成反比关系;最佳的冲杯速度控制在10 mm/min,可保证试验的准确性。
The 1100 aluminum foils of various batches and thickness are examined by GBS-60 digital automatic cupping machine. The thickness, blank holding force and cupping speed are major factors which influences the accuracy of cupping accuracy. The result indicates that the cupping value is increasing with increase of thickness, the cupping value is decreasing with increase of blank holding force. The most proper cupping speed of 10 mm/min can ensure the accuracy of test.
