摘要
C100摩托车起动轴在启动时突然断裂。采用宏观观察、电镜分析、金相检验和显微硬度检测等方法对断口进行了分析。结果表明,该轴在镀锌过程中氢原子沿晶界进入晶格,在应力作用下发生脆断。
The starter axis of C100 motor was broken abruptly while starting. The fracture cause was analyzed by macroscopic view, SEM, metallographic examination, and microhandness test. The results showed that was embrittleness fracture which was resulted from hydrogen atom penetrating into surface of axis during plating Zn.
